This page explains how users can request deletion of their account data associated with our Meta Business App integration.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you would like your data deleted from our systems, please send a request using one of the following methods:

• Email us at: support@aurax.life

• Include the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

• Provide the following details:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Your Meta/Facebook account ID (if applicable)

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

1. We will verify your identity.

2. Your account and associated data will be scheduled for deletion.

3. Deletion is typically completed within 7–30 business days.

4. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Types of Data Deleted

The following data may be removed from our systems:

• User profile information

• Connected Meta/Facebook account data

• Application usage history

• Stored preferences and settings

• Uploaded content associated with your account

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained temporarily if required for:

• Legal compliance

• Fraud prevention

• Security monitoring

• Backup and recovery processes
